I would like to say that I LOVE how you started this video. I think it is very important for people to realize that eating healthy is not just to lose weight! I recently changed my diet because I was getting headaches and feeling very lethargic, I ended up losing about 5-6 lbs dropping me to ~116lbs. My friends FREAKED out telling me I was turning anorexic, but I actually started consuming more healthy calories and cut out the excess salts, sugars, and fats from my diet. My body feels fantastic, the twice weekly+ headaches I used to get are gone and I feel great! Thank you for acknowledging that eating healthy is for everyone!
How come you don't consume straight up cows milk, but do eat dairy products in the form of Greek yogurt and casein? Just a curious question as I see many others do the same and I really don't see the logic in it. I don't consume any dairy at all btw (no milk, yogurt, whey or casein).
Cow's milk is too strong in lactose, which many people can't digest. Greek yogurt and casein are a lot gentler on the stomach. Also, Greek yogurt and casein are higher in protein :)
I LOVE TONE IT UP! I am on the gluten free diet plan and i am obsessed with it!! love how you used the fact that eating healthy is just better for you presently and in the long term! you rox, girl!!!

I am not her but I saw your comment and I just wanted to let you know coconut sugar is really great. I bake with it all the time and find it to be the best sugar substitute for baked good. Tastes wonderful and the darker brown coconut sugar substitutes for brown sugar really well.

Nice video! I eat pretty much the same things, although I prefer whey and don't eat rice protein or so.. Which flavor of the luna bars do you mean by "the chocolate nuts brownie one"? :D There is one called "Nutz over chocolate" and one called "Caramel nut brwonie" and I'm not sure which one I should try.. :)

I love eating healthy and I really love all of the items you mentioned but for someone who is in the sun for 6 hours a day training and drilling for their sport, theres just not enough calories in this meal plan which sucks because its hard to find healthy options that will give you protein,calories and enough energy to keep you going through the day. Any suggestions?

And are the pages front and back or single-sided? I printed mine out and 3 hole punched them and put it in a binder... but I want to get mine binded so it's easier to carry around. :)

I love your videos! when I watch healthy food videos, they give me good ideas about eating healthy. I love stevia, too. In fact, I use Truvia, which has stevia in it. I don't like artificial sweeteners at all. I used to use Splenda, but after I found out the truth about it, I switched to Truvia.:)
You really should check into coconut oil. I replace butter and other oils with it. It is super good for you to eat on an everyday basis and it is super coconutty. I also use it for a lip balm sometimes as well as an antibacterial salve for mosquito bites and things like that.
Hello, Ive recenntly got in to TONE IT UP, doing their workout videos etc, and obviously i am desperate to get the plan, accept its really expensive. But i just want to double check, i see you have a book of the plan, but i thought it comes in a PDF file? Or did you just print all the pages out? x
I wish I knew where to buy all these things! We don't have Trader Joe's or most places like that in Florida, they aren't bringing a Trader Joe's into my area until the end of next year! but those items seem great!
i want to buy the tone it up plan, but I'm not sure, because I'm from Paraguay, and the culture is waaaaay different than the US, speaking about the kind of food. and I'm pretty sure we don't have a lot of things that i'll need to do the tiu plan.

Because Greek yogurt is good for you and is healthier than regular yogurt
I eat Greek yogurt because it's the only source of probiotics available in my country and I have stomach issues :(

Did you know casein is the protein from dairy?
She eats dairy (yogurts.. also most of the food nowadays contain dairy soo.. ) but doesn't drink milk :)

I used to eat so much peanut butter, I still pretend that I dont eat so much! Natural PB is my favorite! but PB2 helps me cut down the calories!
