I love all your recipie ideas! I made a grocery list and will try a few of these this week! Red Raspberry Leaf tea has completely changed my period. A friend kept telling me to try it, and when I finally did, OH MY GOSH! No more cramping, or back aches! Its almost unbelievable. It also shortened my period from 5 days to 4 days. I try to drink it all the time, but definitely make sure to start drinking it a couple days before my period. I have since told my sister and a few friends about it, and all of them now keep it stock piled. It really retored my faith in homopathic methods. ❤

We are on the same matcha wavelength, you have to make this recipe you will LOVE it!! Recipe: 1-2 oranges (freshly squeezed) 1-2 tsp of beekeepers superfood honey 3-5 cubes of frozen passion fruit Water as needed.. and over ice
@ first I mix the matcha with a small amount of hot water, add the honey, and frozen passion fruit.. that way it melts/mixes in well. Lastly I throw it over ice with the orange juice. ⭐️
I so appreciate your honesty on Thursday (?) about the B vitamins. Sometimes it gets frustrating to see health influencers always seemingly thriving, and not actually seeing the bts parts of life that pushed them to make the changes in the first place. Not everything is right for everyone. I had a severe vitamin D deficiency years ago and it took 3-4 months of shame and discouragement and so much exhaustion before I actually advocated for myself because what I was told what was supposed to work (some prescribed vitamin D supplement) had actually made things WORSE. Now I’m working on educating myself and staying attuned to what is working or not working for me personally. Still very much on the beginning of this journey and there are many results I have yet to see, but it is so encouraging to know that even those who are thriving with their holistic lifestyles may still experience hard days and effects. My current high protein breakfast is gluten free protein pancake mix, and I add diced up maple chicken sausage and maple syrup to it before frying the pancakes. SO GOOD! I needed a way of eating high protein without eggs, and this work wonders.

I think it’s fine as long as you tolerate them digestion wise!! 🥰 they actually have great fiber that feeds the gut - I’m not sure how much of it though or if it makes a clinical difference but go for it 🥰

Aww yay 🥰🥰 I love dairy too - I’m just having a hard time with the mold in my body and cutting dairy has helped me stop having mucus. I just don’t want to have a damp body while I’m healing and I feel like my body can’t handle it. I would say find a good milk alternative and creamers but I still do have butter :) for me milk was the hardest thing

Matcha does contain more polyphenols than green tea because it’s the whole leaf ground up vs just being steeped. Hopefully you can find a high quality on there! 🍵🤍 do you have Well? I added matcha about 2 months ago and my oura ring temps are completely different. So much it freaked me out a but until I realized it all correlated to matcha. Data doesn’t lie!
