Great video. You managed to capture how steep those trails are even with the GoPro effect. Also, could you consider adding to your description or pin a comment that Tokul requires a permit to ride? $10 for a day or $60 for the year sqrecreation.com/. Riding without a permit could get MTB banned from this land.

Yeah, now I want to go visit badly haha. I have family in Vancouver, WA so am pretty much picking out which trails I want to ride when I visit. I've heard SW Washington in particular has some crazy gnarly trails, kinda like the North Shore but without the wood features (but that steep and technical).

PNW shredding. Nice! If you're ever in Southern Oregon you'll have to check out Spence Mountain, Klamath Falls trails (Best in late spring/early summer). Keep the awesome content coming!

If you head home, south on I-5, you should swing by Black Rock, Oregon. It's a great up, then down trail system with greens to double blacks, and an awesome little skills park 1/3 of the way up.

Glad you enjoyed your visit to the PNW! As Brendan mentioned, the trails you rode require a permit from the land manager. They do enforce it, and are currently a little irritated with mountain bikers not getting permits. There is a risk of losing the trails.

Hey Mo and Hannah. Have you guys considered a new camera setup? Love the footage, but can't watch much because it's just a bit nauseating. Maybe the Gopro 9 would make a nice difference 👍

Awesome! When I lived in the PNW those trails were 15 minutes from my house in Carnation. Stoked you got to ride B2F (I did a little digging on the construction), Goosechase and Lower Ivan, those are easily my favorite trails out there! There is nothing like the hero dirt, steep root chutes of Tokul here in Tahoe where I now live. I have to take trips up there to remind me of the gnar. 120mm 29er *IS* just fine out there. I rode a Evil Following all the time (also an HD4 though, haha) You just need some DHF/DHRs on it and you'd be good to go! Here is a vid of a cruise down the lower part of goosechase on the Following:

You have nice people in business and rude people in business.
Years ago I called Pivot cycles and the owner Chris answered .... because I'm just a common person ... he was pretty rude over the phone.
I like threaded bottom brackets .... so I said screw Pivot :)
