NPC’s in GTA V does in fact stop for gas stations and do use ATMs.
They do use the ATM in 5
In Gta 5 people use ATM's and they use gas stations, you can see them leaving especially in Little Seoul LTD gas station
some also stop at the gas station
Fire hydrants staart spraying when alot of heat surrounds it? I never heard of that. Gta 4 might just take it as damage idk.
