- Prophet Muhammad ﷺ solidified his love to his daughter, Fatimah (ra), by giving her an expression of love in the form of a powerful du'a, a prayer. He said do not let a day or night go by without saying:
"Oh Ever Living One, Oh Ever Sustaining One, in your Mercy I seek relief. Set all of my affairs right, and do not leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye."

وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى الْحَيِّ الَّذِي لَا يَمُوتُ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِهِ بِذُنُوبِ عِبَادِهِ خَبِيرًا ﴿٥٨﴾
Our ummah is blessed to have u....scholars like u r bringing us closer to Allah...sometimes i wonder how it would be with the Prophet SAW teaching the companions with so much love for them
I remember a different version of the dua i saw
Allahhumma rahmatika arju fala takilnee illa nafsi tarafata aynin wa aslih li sha ni kullahu, la illaha illa anta.
“ O ya Allah ever living ever sustaining, in your mercy I seek relief. Rectify all my affairs and don’t leave me to myself even for the blink of an eye “

Translation of the Meaning:
O Ever Living One, O Self-Sustaining One, by You Mercy do I ask for your support in setting all my affairs right. Do not leave me to my soul for so much as a the blink of an eye.
Now I feel so amazing because I've done so much good and it's all because I was inspired by your words. If anyone deserves the highest heaven it is you. Definitely you. There is no way that I could repay for this. I wish to meet you in this dunya but if it doesn't happen then inshallah we will meet in the Akira.

Salamualaikum waramatullah. This is such a wonderful khutbah .my greatest fear right now is that I am so far away from my family in this pandemic. So scared that I lost my job and also the interview process for a new one stopped in the light of coronavirus outbreak. But there's this calm I have been feeling so far Alhamdulilah with the uncertainty and fear of what's happening .Thank you so much for this Khutbah .May Allah be pleased with you. I trust Allahs knowledge and wisdom more than I trust mine .
Don't worry Allah will take care of your affairs all you have to believe and pray Insha'Allah also you are not alone a lot of us are in similar situation rizq comes from Allah so make effort and pray to Allah everything will fall in place and when you will look back this difficult time you will love it as it brought you so close to Allah so make of this time and improve your relationship with Allah May Allah make it easy for you !

Subhan Allah what a timely khutbah! I enjoy scrapbooking, so yesterday's page in my journal was a reflection of how I was feeling, and I put "Please never leave me to myself", which was inspired by that du'aa in the morning and evening athkaar... I think it's really important to realize that we would destroy ourselves and everything we hold valuable around us without Allah swt's mercy and guidance, and, ultimately, without seeking refuge with Him from our own nafs. Really eloquent lecture, as always

When my only daughter Alia (Rahmatullahi Alaiha)17 years of age, left me suddenly,for heavenly aboard due to a sudden flu complication,,,the confused me had this Dua rumbling on my toungue EVEN without my knowledge.Because this was one of the various adkars I recited daily,,,but ONLY this Dua came to my toungue ,and it worked miraculously,,, Subhanallah Allah took care of me ,and I was able to do all her rites with my own hands,,,and send her rightfully to whom she belonged,, Allahu Akbar.!!!Its a wonderful Dua and a mother's true experience.SubhanAllah!
