  • Here is my 3rd video, keys G and A. It starts off with a pad, moves to forward and backward right hand rolls and finishes with a left hand bar technique up near the bridge. Enjoy! Please share, comment if you have anything to say and subscribe.

    I bought my Mullen G2 because he recommended it and I can’t tell you how happy I am with it. I sold a 70s MSA Classic to buy it and it was the best thing I did.

      I agree. I have had my Mullen Discovery for less than 3 months and it is a great guitar. I'm only 6 months into steel playing but this Mullen is way better than the used BMI I started with.

      Hi Larry. I am the producer of these videos. We are working on a way to monetize them so we can continue to produce them. The solution may be a ways off. The steel guitar community is relatively small. There may be sponsorship options, e.g., Mullen guitars, Ernie Ball, DHS Strings, Peavey Amplifiers, or possibly subscriptions at various levels. Please subscribe to this channel for updates. Thanks for writing!

    Yes Jim 😁👍👍👏👏👏 you have gotta be one of the coolest teachers on u tube videos without all the bling bling look at me .you have been playing all this time and you still say sorry for. A simple. Pick error but instead of covering it up/over with another note you play And teach exactly what you want people to learn ..from your experience ..just top class. Instruction kept to a minimal for us novices thank you .. keep on posting just great top man 👌👏👏👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧🇺🇲

    You do present extremely well. Had my Carter Starter here 12 yrs and finally have it making some music...SOME MUSIC. And as for your cameras...Terrific. These views of the right hand and pedals help tremendously.

      I really enjoy your posts. They have a fresh approach to things and it shows that you have been a professional for some time. It's good to hear people that are new to me. What about a trip to the TSGA some spring. It's a long drive from Montana, as you know but would be worth it. Thanks for your time and efforts. Lookin' forward to some new posts of yours.

      Hi Tony! Not a lot of us from Billings! I was probably in town at about 8 years old. Thank you so much. It's nice to hear that even an accomplished player can pick up a little something from me. Where did you play when you were in Billings? Are you still there?

    Could you do a lesson improvising?

    • @jimbobgairrett9538
      @jimbobgairrett9538 5 лет назад

      Yes! Improvising is a bit down the road. Have you been playing awhile? If you have, some of the beginning stuff may be a little slow, but we will catch up. We will really start to focus on improvising a bit later, once everyone understands some of the terminology.
