There are a lot of fun upgrades to the new landscape pro by modern flames. Lets talk about them! The first and most obvious thing is the fireplace comes ready to go for different install configurations. For example, you can install it flush into the wall just like any flat front fireplace configuration. Or you can open up a right or left corner on this fireplace and install it with just one corner open. Or you can install the fireplace with both corners opened up, making it a true 3 sided fireplace install option. The fireplace also comes in several sizes. Now lets start with the inside of the fireplace to see what features are new and different here. First of all lets talk about performance. The unit has been upgraded with a new ceramic heater inside the fireplace. This allows for approval for inside bathrooms or anywhere else with moisture. And blower also allows for a hookup of 220v. What this means is with more electrical power to the fireplace, the heater is actually much more powerful, allowing twice the heat output in this fireplace. So you have the ability to heat up 800 square feet as opposed to 110v which only allows for 400 square feet. Also this unit comes upgraded with a new wifi app control. What this means, is the fireplace can be fully controlled with your smart device. Which is a long awaited upgrade that we have been waiting for. Now let's talk about the lights and the flame appearance. First off lets look at the LED flame technology itself. Modern flames recently switched over to RGB Lights. The reason for this is they are much brighter and deeper colors as well. And the cost has recently gone down for this technology so it can integrated into the fireplace now. You will also notice much more contrast between the flame in the fireplace and the black backround. The old fireplace model was more washed out and the whole background is orange which means the flame really doesn't stand out all that much here. The new one you can see a much brighter flame with a black background so the flame really pops! Also the flame height is much taller in this guy as well. What else is really cool, is modern flames features a full color wheel now as well, what that means is you get the full color spectrum in the flame. But you can also control the ember bed independently from the flames and also the down mood lighting as well. So my final thoughts on this fireplace is. that I really do like all the upgrades that modern flames has packed into this guy. Honestly it was long overdue as the original landscape series was getting pretty long in the tooth. This is also a really high quality fireplace with modern flames boasting one of the best warranties in the industry.

Thanks for the great videos. I'm trying to decide between the landscape pro multi and the slim. I think I'm going to make my bump out wall 12" regardless because I think it just looks better than a slimmer wall. I'd really like to use the multi and make it 3 sided. My one worry though is that we have a ton of natural light. Maybe the slim with the mesh would be better. What do you think?

Thank you for your amazing videos! I'm trying to decide between this and the Amantii Tru-View XL XT. I don't care about the flame colors but your video of the Amantii Tru-View didn't make the flame look as good as this. It looked blurrier and not as contrasty although I like the XT a lot. Was that just the video and lighting in the showroom? How does the Amantii Tru-view flame and contrast compare to this? Thank you!!

I think the XT flame looks very nice, one of the troubles with electrics, is its very subjective, what I like someone else may not, etc.
