    1- walk whenever u want to walk.
    2- weight management.
    3- processed food, packed food.
    4- meditation.
    5- take a break from whatever you are doing.

    One more thing is to take daily sunlight to your body(direct sunlight to your body parts)for at least half an hour.
    It will protect you from diabetes and heart disease.
    Especially to the people who live in apartments.

    I am right now in UK I walk every day since transportation is costly and I eat lot of processed food as accommodation is not good.

      Few people are underweight. Maximum people are overweight or obese, which leads to heart issues and also other diseases caused by obesity. People are having a more sedentary lifestyle, no physical activity, staying on the couch for hours while scrolling on our Smartphones... Today, Obesity is nothing less than a pandemic. 😢
