Life-long Steeler fan. I love listening to RC. He always gives great insight and speaks from the heart with incredible honesty. Having him, Troy & Swaggin’ in the D backfield was like having Rod, Darren Perry & Carnell Lake. Only 1 got a gold jacket but together they were an all-time great combination that Steeler fans appreciated & all deserve to be in the Steelers HOF.

We needed Ryan in Denver for that crushing OT loss to Tim fucking Tebow! I hated that he couldn't play at that altitude unfortunately because of his sickle cell anemia and it almost killed him in 2007! I think he would have been able to make the play on Demaryius Thomas (RIP) and not let him take it like 60 yards to the house! But health always comes first! Prayers to Hamlin, a Pittsburgh native, and his loved ones! 🙏

No doubt Ryan makes that tackle. This dude made so many plays. He just played in Troy shadow. Which is understandable
