The first build is by far the most fun DPS build Ive played in 300+ hours. Basically feels like a cheat build up until apoc then as long as you know how to dodge boss attacks it or have a healer rips through apoc easy too (obviously apart from a couple bosses that are usually out of the whirlwind range). Only problem is it works too well in anything less than nightmare so I feel bad bringing it out. Gave me the inspiration to swap out the momento ring one my tank/healer build with bisected so now I can keep everyone alive while still doing a mid dps player's amount of damage and throwing a stack of corroded on everything.
In your second build, run the timekeepers jewel instead of band of the fanatic, that will increase the duration of miasma being active. This way you can cast it again while the enemy is still suffering from the previous miasma.
The second miasma will not add additional stacks of statuses. Also if you replace band of the fanatic you will lose 25% status damage. Not worth in my opinion.
@ChaosGaming1111 It wont add any stack but it will keep stacks from Miasma up longer especially on bossess that way your Ahanae Crystal will always stay active. Otherwise once the stacks run out, you are generally waiting for the miasma to go off cooldown
Mhm, I also want to know why you chose the totem instead of the coil. The totem is good if you keep racking up status for bosses, but with the coil it's a flat 25 percent increase with an AOE explosion. Since your running ritualist anyway, it should be maxed out for plenty of group damage. Lastly I see people using the singed ring a lot, I'd drop it for the bleed ring, adding another bleeding stack to your charged throws.

Setting up builds to do my first run! Nightmare was rough, but I was still going blind haha. Easily the best time I've had with a game in a long time. Glad I didn't look anything up for my first 100 hours.

Because we are applying 10 stacks of status on the enemies an 11th will not make crazy difference. Also we will lose 10% damage on all 10 status stacks.

If you want to get it almost immediately just go into the join game and look for the area. It's towards the end of that area and you should easily be able to get it in no time.

You can just wear the armor and see the total DR. It's not that important stat to show on damage builds. If it was a hybrid or full tank build yes it would be necessary.

Eh, not my style to spam to win. But hey, if it works it works. I prefer throwing as many debuffs as I can and watching them explode.

i beileve because firestorm is unable to hit weakspot and since your main dps is firestorm might as well go for more crit.
We are not doing weak spot damage and with this ring your star shot can crit for insane numbers.

Indeed it would do more damage but for only 20 seconds, plus you lose 1 stack of corroded(20%damage bonus). it's not optimal but works for sure :)
