What a kind of awkward phrasing is "400% slower". What is it even supposed to mean? It's not unambiguous. Do you mean 25% speed? You obviously can't mean -300% speed, as that would mean... probably it would mean, playing it backwards as well as three times as fast? Please use language that makes sense.
