Would be great if there was a clear video that explained how to Ungroup shades. I somehow set up channel 1 to control two shades even though I wanted it to control only one, and there’s nothing I can find to help me figure out how to ungroup the two shades and make channel 1 just operate the one shade again. Amazing how the materials provided with the remote and that Somfy provides online have zero information to help in this case.

What if my shade does not jog when I hold the programming button in

I’m having a second blind next to my first one and I’m having the same issue. I was able to program first blind on channel 1 but on channel 2 the second blind doesn’t jog. Were you able to find a solution?
I’m having the ones on solar energy which don’t have an electric cord to unplug to reset..

When “pasting” the copied shade, you just press the programming button on the back. (Do not hold)
