Great little trucks. Fun to build. There is a large assortment of faster motors available. Upgrade to the 300 or 500rpm for desktop crawling. They actually have a 3000rpm motor that will make it far faster than you want it to go.

Bolder Baz I had one of those actually 3 of them pretty cool like the size of a hot wheels and with a lift kit lol about 5 miles per hour pretty fast for the size of it lol

Ok,,,, so I ordered one. It arrived today. I guess I didn't do my research, because it came with zero electronics. That's fine. I'm just not sure where to buy them, what I need, or what is the best options. Any chance you can post a link or someone can help me out with how I should go about this? If there's a complete electronic kit available I'd prefer that. I just don't know what parts I need or where to get them. Thanks ~ Josh

That’s the size of my 1/24 scale Losi sct and it has a 57000 kv brushless and 2 cell battery it’s a bit bigger than my iPhone se and it hits about 30 km/h
It's certainly NOT the smallest, Check out the Germans they build them and many other RC's in 1/87 scale.
Might be small, BUT EXPENSIVE FOR OUR COUNTRY.. PHILIPPINES

Kev is the wltoys 12428 worth buying because my one breaks so easily and could you find a cheaper rc car but still probably wltoys but also proportional
Please give it a try with an N20 500rpm motor and put some weights on the wheels and metal rims it will go way better. Also thy the bouncer with the same 500rpm motor that one goes anywhere it's amazing.

1/87th scale is the smallest crawler on the market. This one you have is GIANT in comparison. It is a sweet model for sure.

I have one of these (the f150) and I have to say that it is not as hard to build as you might think! I built it a year and a half ago when i was barely 14!

You should get the snt 3010 it’s a rtr 1:64 scale rc crawler and it has FPV
Wait until you get to the lights. Those were the best part of the kit lol. I ended up getting some different SMD lights for the rear. The hi/low beam are neat.
Also add some solder wire inside the wheels for added weight. Definitely helps the crawling.
The lights were a nightmare! Well, at least for some one like me who is unskilled at soldering and never really does it anyway. Took me 12hrs to do xD That said, there was 21 lights on my Defender (all 17 main lights on the chassis + 4 spot lights on the roof rack). Did a couple mods to get a little extra steering throw, dampened shocks, got the metal drive shafts, wheels, tyres and wheel weights, as well as a bunch of scale accessories on the roof rack....I'm so proud of it, one of my best jobs to date.
I found using double sided tape on a piece of ceramic tile helped a lot. The tape kept the smds in place and the tile certainly helps when soldering anything that small the dissipate the heat quickly.

It has a micro electro motor. You can buy faster (universal) motors at your local electronicstore. I've bought a 1200rpm motor for it on the way. This one probably has the 80rpm motor
