Hi Sandra! Looove your videos! Do you know what the packaging looks like once it is delivered? Is it just a generic box or are we able to inform printify on colors of tissues for an example to go with branding?

Love your videos lots 0f great information I must ask though how do you keep on top of everything some videos your doing print on demand mugs others digital stickers on Etsy the next wall art etc it’s really overwhelming do you schedule doing one type of task per day? Would love a video on how you do all these different types of things and how long you spend on one thing etc. also do you put all these different types of products in one store or have lots of stores? My head hurts thinking about it all lol x

With the POD, do you have to start with some money to do it. When a customer places an order in the Etsy shop does printify take the percentage of that payment and you get the difference or does printify charge you before the Etsy payment is processed into your account

Please make a video using Creative Fabrica seamless pattern as well for Mugs and Tumblers so we can use most of CF images and what changes we can do in the patterns to allow for pod. kindly advise if this 1200*1200 px size is applicable to all kind of printify mugs and tumblers. Hii!! You're so welcome!! Many of my listing photos are 2500 x 2500 pixels OR 2500 x 3000 pixels (so more horizontal) images. I hope that helps!

Yes correct! Printify collects the costs from your card so make sure to include those costs into your Etsy final prices :) hope that helps!

Hi there!! You have to view your shop as like every other business. It's not just SEO :) You have to market your products on places like Pinterest and Instagram, take a look at your analytics and see which listings are getting the most views, run sales in your store, etc. Those are just a few ways to stimulate some traffic!

Todsy i made my shop on etsy and i have some doubts first i posted 3 listings and also my account has to be verified but they suspended me i don't know why. Even i didn't got any email from them so is this because i didn't paid the due amount or my verification is left ?
Suspensions due to them having to verify taxing information is normal. They may even do it if there’s a copyright issue, but I believe they tell you if that’s the case. There should be more information as to what the suspension is for, and generally it only takes a few days for them to audit and come to a decision.
I would reach out to them if you don’t find the email in your inbox or spam folder.

Yes for any suspension you can appeal it and they can take up to 2 weeks to respond :)

Get a gst number in Canada and declare your sellable income on your income tax with your gst number. Nothing is free. You have to pay the tax you collect from the customer to the government 🙄

I asked them for specifics but they responded that they stand by their decision to close the account. But, isn't there another platform that I can sell on? Please help me with this doubt, i just got my first order but it looks weird, the buyer contacted me through email and said it was a gift for someone and wanted my mail address. After that i received one mail to accept the payment by clicking on link and then adding my card to accept the payment, however i have already connected my paypal account for payment. Is it genuine or the person is trying to fraud me?
