its bigger job than i thought. at least i dont have reverse to deal with, still ... doesn't look simple. i have a 1996 skidoo 380 touring e, a small sled but its my first so everything looks baffling to me. its taken me 3 yrs to rebuild the engine and work through elec issues. Runs good now.
To remove the secondary just put the parking brake on and use a 13 mm wrench to remove the single bolt that holds it on. Just keep all the washers with the bolt so you have the same alignment when you bolt it back on. Watch for the key that goes into the spline slot on the shaft when you pull the secondary off.

The whole reason i watched this video was for the secondary and you didn't show removal of the secondary 😂🤦♂️
