I’m convinced if Jay got right to the point and stopped patting himself on the back so often, this 3 hour ‘seminar’ would have taken 30 minutes.
It’s a shame. As talented as Jay is, he just loves giving himself all of these accolades.
It’s pretty obvious that Jays primary human need is Significance.
