Crazy Eat! Northern Pike Fishing

- Early morning on the Chenango River, managed to catch a handful of fish on the Topwater. The Heddon Super Spook Jr. was getting beat up. Had the lure dangling above the water several inches. Came up and swiped at it once, they absolutely destroyed it on the second pass! This by far was one of the most insane eats I have ever had in the Kayak. Problem was he got the lure so tangled up in the net it was a nightmare getting him released. Going to pick up a rubber net and see if that doesn't help the cause. Great morning of some multispecies action.
