To me, Skyjay is to Ultimate what Amsa is to melee. This extremely popular underdog figure, who no one has anything negative to say about him, is always happy and smiling win or lose, and is single handedly making a case for a character thought to be low tier at the start of the game.
I agree with all of this execpt people thought incineroar was top tier but then people found out he sucked and he became underrated for so long but then skyjay proved he was good but it took the right player
I heard from the beginning that everyone thought he would be top tier only if he was faster.

Incin being a true double demon. Very in character since he kinda sucks in Smogon Singles, and one of the best mon in VGC.
Seeing that Skyjay pushed Sonix and Sparg0 more to their limits than Acola and Miya, it is obvious that if it were for skill and adaptation and not for results, the best in the world would be him, SKYJAY!

But other than that, Collision clears it by far and it’s not even close
