Roasted Vegetables InThe Toaster Oven

I am so excited about roasting veggies in my toaster oven! I will do more videos because I want everyone to eat more veggies, including me! You will notice, my math on the cooking time was incorrect. I roasted those peppers, onions, celery and zucchini at 425 F. for 35 minutes, not 45! Back to math class....
