  • Eggplant Tofu Claypot is a common veggie dish in Chinese restaurant that goes well with rice or any entree. The reason of using a claypot is to preserve the heat and temperature so that the food stays hot all along.
    Ingredients of "Eggplant Tofu Claypot (茄子豆腐煲)" (FOR 2 SERVING):
    1 eggplant
    1 tofu cut into triangles
    1/4 lb of ground pork
    1 green onion
    1 tbsp of chili bean paste
    1 tbsp of oyster sauce
    1 tsp of sugar
    1/2 tsp of salt

    Why would you add pig flesh to something when you already have Tofu??!?! I think I'll make it with Mushrooms instead for a richer flavour 😁

    Look good...but not healthy... everything is deep fried and fried
