    Ingredients.
    6 clean sardines.
    1 yellow lemon
    100ml olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp dried oregano
    10g of thyme. the little eyes
    4 garlic cloves filleted
    2 grated tomatoes
    20 whole cherry tomatoes
    Preparation.
    Preheat the oven to 180g.c
    In a bowl, prepare the dressing with all the ingredients (except the sardines)
    mix well
    in a baking pan, add half the dressing, then the sardines, and then the other half the dressing
    Add the tomatoes and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve and enjoy with your favorite garnish.
