Honestly I don't understand the male lead (forgot his name)! His father literally died due all this hospital bureaucracy and here he is doing what killed his father. I thought he was at first going to be a doctor that fought all the evil ways of the hospital but boy was I wrong. His poor mother is constantly being sidelined by him. I'm also kinda annoyed at him in one of the early episodes where he failed the surgery that got him sent to Dolham. If he could not do the surgery he should have said no and not used the man as a way to get more power, just like how the doctor refused to treat his dad but some official to get more power. He basically killed that guy and showed no remorse. Even if the surgery would have failed no matter who operated he should still have shown some sort of remorse for failing the guy his family trusted.
The love of money is the root of all evil Dr Kang....please don't do it no matter how tempting it is. Don't sell your beautiful soul to the devil. You can do better than that, i know you can.

Why are you blaming him,there is always a war between evil and good. They are just protraying how much pressure goes on in our mind to pick a side especially the good side. See how the evil side is trying to entice him with money,cars,fame etc but we have to learn to resist the devil.
And that is what the writer wants the main character to be. Not the typical main character who is so heroic and always have things workout for him. That is what makes this drama special and different from the other ones.
