I'm in a similar position that you were - burnt out from my corporate job and your videos are really inspiring for me. it's giving me hope that I can build something for myself too and not need to rely on a company to survive. keep it up! It is definitely not going to be an easy to be our own boss and survive out of it but I think if we work hard, be open-minded and be creative then I believe we can eventually figure out our way to survive out of it while what we truly love! I’m glad I ate before watching this, it would make me very hungry. There are few things nicer than a really fresh croissant in the morning with a good coffee. I do think that to compare them you really have to buy them first thing in the morning when they are fresh - the good ones can lose their texture quite fast,
