- Sky News host Caleb Bond has called out the Paris Olympics for allowing two biological men to compete in women’s boxing.
“If the DNA test comes back and says ‘sorry, you’re a bloke’ - you can’t compete anymore,” Mr Bond said.
“And I get that might be devastating that you can’t compete but that’s just how it goes.”

The entire women's boxing league would have to ban together, and many of them probably dont want to give up their shot at sponsors or puplicity, or just to compete at the Olympics, plus they get labeled as transfobes and a lot of public back lash.,.. its heartbreaking that it has come to this. This is what we learned, years ago in our college biology courses. A male, born male - doesnt matter what he identifies as - if he was born biologically male has more muscle mass per square inch throughout his body than a female. That is why they can lose weight faster than females because muscle burns calories while at rest - not moving. (So not fair!) Genetically, they are created that way. Testosterone helps support that body type. They are exponentially stronger than women. Longer legs, arm reach, even stamina. Genetic fact, not fiction.
Women, biologically & genetically have more fat (no- not the bad kind - just structurally) per square inch. Built that way for childbearing, rearing, the female form.
A woman can work out as much as she wants, run every day, train every day, but when it come down to the knitty-gritty - she will be at a disadvantage no matter how much she excels at a sport or activity.
That is why it is unequal and unfair to pit a biological male against a female in any sport.
