Sometimes for example, back pain, we sometimes need to add pressure underneath the toes and massage to help the back pain, but you'll feel pain on that one toe when touched, you'll know then what toe you'll need to massage. One of these days when ur laying back getting ready to sleep and can't, just open the palm of your hand and run it thru your head and hair, stop at the very top and close your hand as if you're forming a fist, like a tiger claw,😊,grab some hair like u are ready to pull but instead, squeeze once let go do it again and let go, but you wanna do it fast, now the 3rd squeeze you hold for five seconds with a bit of pressure. So kinda like three pumps, 1,2, 3 hold let go and move to another spot of your head and do the same. 😊🐢.

My take is if you make money in Canada or US it's best to travel abroad to places like PH, Thai, Indo etc, simply because your money goes a lot further in these places. Not to mention it's a better quality of life and people are happier here in turn puts you in a better mood. Where I'm from in Canada people are miserable so it rubs off on you eventually
