I have the Neo v2, and after printing PETG a 240 a few times, it slightly melted the feed hose, causing the extruder to skip, because it couldnt push the filament through the melted tube. I had to get a tube that was rated for higher heat, and put a different style heat break.
It fixed the extruder skipping, but now I'm dealing with other really odd issues like under extrusion, and weird leveling artifacts no matter how many times I level.

I would check the wobble in the bed. The rollers that the bed moves back and forth on have an adjustment. As far as the under extrusion problem, maybe the heat brake was plugged like mine.

Tbh I hated that single gear drive with just a track. The clicks are it just slipping like crazy cause it's not enough to pull the filament from the roll.
Upgraded the feed to Creality's 2023 Direct Drive Sprite dual gear extruder and I'll never go back. The dual gear grabs wayyy better to pull the filament for feed. Just gotta remember to change extruder distance and speed in the slicer. I got mine set for a 4.0mmDistance and 35mmSpeed.

I just bought an Anycubic Vyper and I really like the dual gear drive. I will look into your upgrade.

@@autotech4103 I also have a Vyper, I swapped out the extruder for a Micro swiss dual gear extruder, I'm a lot happier. Ultimately though I find that people with this issue may need to look at retraction settings to get them fine tuned.

Had that with my extruder. My issue was too much tension and the bed being too close to the nozzle

If you have changed filament it is worth raising the temperature to see if that remedies it.
