A few things. Love the consistent uploads, you're inspiring me to pick up the camera again! IDK if its cause i'm jaded (probably), but when I first got in the content game I always shared and commented on my peers content, and almost always was forgotten when it was my time. I've made introductions, recommended peers for gigs that weren't a right fit for me, and its never come back around. Now I feel like i'm more on the 'support those who support me' energy, because of the hurt I felt from not having it reciprocated. I sometimes feel like I did a lot back then because I assumed it was a direct you help me I help you situation, I'm no longer over extending myself for people, but I wish well to all.

It means a lot, I was really wrestling with coming back to RUclips so being an inspiration to anybody at this stage is touching. 🤎 I definitely understand what you mean and your experience. In the end, things like that boil down to community for me. If we're not in community, any time I support someone it's from the understanding that I may never get support back. Which I'm okay with. But people I'm in community with (family, friends, close work peers, etc.) when it's time, I need them to pull up on me, or come cash out on a project, product, etc. So I definitely understand how you feel. Many people feel that way. There's some hurt we all have to collectively heal around things like this for sure. That and getting back to community.
And like I mentioned in my video, if there's any way I can support you, even if it's just pushing you to get back to making videos let me know. I like supporting people when and where I can! 🤎
