At 2:29 I can imagine Skinner, leaving the room and starting to run with the chase music starting. Chalmers start to follow him out of the window, seeing him jumping onto the escape stairs of the nearest flats. Climbing after him, Chalmers scales the vertical metal pipe to the top where Skinner appears from behind building on the roof with his fists bared and ready to throw a punch. Chalmers matches his punches blow for blow until he goes for the finisher, knocking Skinner out with a clean uppercut. The patrolman sets an apprehended Skinner down in the back of the police van, shutting the door.
