Came over from Ryan's channel and you have a new subscriber. Hope your dad recovers fast and Prayers for a solid recovery! I used to do custom body and paint jobs for car shows 30 years back. Blessings brother. #32👍
God Bless your Father. Therapy is probably the worst part of the recovery but a necessary evil..... very important. The bike is coming along.... can't wait for the finished product....
@@STLNik I can verify that. My daughter worked for a orthopedic surgeon and was riding my butt to keep up on therapy. She said she would turn me in for being noncompliant....lol
Thanks for showing how you used your stock caliper. I have the Throttle addiction hardtail and need to do the same thing. I like the way you did that !
Lookin great man!!! Love the gold chain. I’m doing a lot of chrome and brass on my build haven’t decided on paint yet. Probably copper, dark reds and some leafing.
On Billy Lanes RUclips channel awhile back he showed and talked about the company he uses and how he makes custom brake lines.. you can buy the soft colored line and the nice anodized AN ends, elbows, ts etc..
@STL Nik definitely better than replacing it with the expensive factory hard lines which you can't repair on the side of the road..whereas a soft flexible line that can be ran nicely and can be repaired if you're carrying a couple small spare pieces.. I'm about 4 hours north of you just south of Moline Illinois and I'm ready for this cold and winter to be gone
Nice progress on the bike .. When your dad gets home from physical therapy ..get him up and outta that F%&Ken chair/recliner ..my pop has had his knees done 3 yrs ago..fought us all about how his knees hurt..yea. he's still in that F$&Ken recliner ... Good luck..
My question is should I run one line from the rear caliper to the foot control that should be it for the rear?. Correct? Then run one line to the front caliper?. The reason I ask is I'm building a chopper model and I want to do this correctly. Don't want to look dumb at a contest. So the foot control on the opposite side is the clutch pedal?. If so where do I run the line from the clutch pedal too?. please help me bro?. Thanks.
Praying for your dad for a smooth recovery
Thanks brotha👊

Yeah the PT is horrible but without it he won't walk again. Once it warms up we'll have to make a coffee run 😉
