One of the Perfect Files put a 2,500,000,000 hypothetical power level on SSJ Gogeta. So according to you SSJ4 Gogeta is 769,104,000 times stronger than SSJ Gogeta. That's very strange when another Perfect File lists SSJ3 as only being 4 times stronger than SSJ2. It's could be argued then that each level of SS increases by increments of 4. So a better power level for SSJ4 Gogeta would be 60,000,000,000.

Superman's power level is a billion times bigger than the real one. I know that Pre Crisis Superman > DCAU Superman, but SSJG Goku is still stronger than PC Superman.
Most likely, regardless YOU can't put a power level on superman and expect fair results. Really superman IS always strong as he needs to be basically his powers enable him to get as strong as he may need. Despite, that does not make him indestructible'm me.
