Only problem is that gaia dwellers still exists
this game, as much as it had its problems and toxicity, was a life changer
it sparked my interest for rogue likes by so much
it wasnt too deep, it wasnt too complex, it was just a pick up and progress game
its still fun to log in and explore gaia and khei

Tbh rogue was a fun story that sadly has an end. I remember watching your first solo prog 3 years ago as a permafreshie and hoping that I could achieve an ultra. Well I ended my rogue journey 4 months ago by finishing a max healer and making it a morvid oni with sc and gate (way above my goals). I'll always love this channel ty quack
rogue just hit so much different I feel like the memes and everything that came out of it was just better aswell everything was so memorable and the interactions you had with players throughout it was one of a kind.
knowing I'll never get to see an ashiin freshie box up a ultra and put fear into the hearts of man as they slap the shit out of your hp in deepwoken just isnt the same theres not a single thing like it in deepwoken

Been playing Rogue since it's release and to this day it brings me nostalgia every time I remember it. Being there when everybody was excited upon getting a super class on day 20 and finally quitting right before they've added MA was a great treat and a wonderful adventure. Truly one where you can't say "it's just a lego game" even though we did so many times.

I wish that Rag and the dev team would make a Rogue 2, all new classes, a new Gaia sized or larger map, better graphics, maybe some returning classes and stuff. I just miss Rogue, it was probably one of my favorite games, my friends shit on me for having a Roblox game as one of my favorites, but it was fucking awesome.

Hey Quack! I’ve been trying to make a rogue video myself, but found myself using medal clips because I don’t know any software which records kind of “clips”, could you tell me what software you use?
Hey! That’s awesome dude. Though I don’t necessarily record clips. I record long recordings and then cut it up when I edit. Unfortunately, can’t recommend anything better than medal, besides OBS, but that’s just straight recording.

I tried playing rogue recently and the only times I died were to ultras W game
if u add the player count of rogue and the copies its still a constant 700+
for real though. The copies are taking like half the player base

Get bored from deepwoken 5 minutes in and then repeat the cycle

In 5 mins u usually not even done with ur trial of one.
After u finished ur trial of one u go for oath and after oath u almost max lvl and can go straight to ganking/layer 2
this encouraged me to get on rogue. Within 3 minutes I got ganked by an orange cowl mage, a ns sigil, a gaian shinobi.
Ended up wiping my gate druid (good ending tho. I can go a better class)

Rogue only really has one issue for me, and that’s it’s progression. Mainly chaotic progression existing. It was part of the games eventual downfall.
One thing Rogue does INFINITELY better than deepwoken are its classes compared to attunements and oaths. The classes felt so cool and unique, with their awesome passives and moves. Deepwoken just feels… meh in comparison.
