Your videos are very well made. One thing that makes your video so much better than other you tube videos, is for each location you highlight in your video, you provide some information on the location and also as an example in this video, you included a map of the restaurant location. I would recommend for each video you post, if possible provide a map of the location and if located near a BTS or MRT station, provide us with the train station name. Keep up the good work!!!

Opal said it's prik nam pla, which is fresh chilli in fish sauce. It adds saltiness and spice I think it's the right amount -not the white amount😂

Personally , I don't count the dish as crab curry...
It looks like egg curry topping with your choice of meats, in this case, crab.
As least they should stir-fried crab meat with egg-curry when finishing cook a little for crab aroma.
