Yes, this is the best classic of Asha Bhosle and my favourite too. As for Babita, she is unparalleled in this number. Neither of her daughters [Karishma and Kareena] could have brought the depth and emotion that Babita brings to this number. Its such a superlative classy song that I have been hearing it from the 60's when I was a teen and its still fresh as if it was released just yesterday. I love Babita's skin; it was flawless. This song and sequence will just never turn old; its timeless!!! Both girls should be more than proud of their fabulous mother. She was a top heroine of her day!!!

If you are wondering from where Karishma and Kareena got their acting chops, the answer is simple - its from their wonderful mother's genes. It will always remain a top classic of the 60's.
