I have a Koda 16, and I was wanting to place the Koda directly on top of the other oven. Will the Koda 16 have room to sit on the Halo or Blackstone? It’s for a small food truck, which one do you think would be best, Halo or Blackstone? Thanks in advance!
I haven't tested, but I imagine so. If I did, I would first mix up the flour really well to make sure the yeast is evenly mixed. You will also probably have to hand knead it - I know my mixer would struggle trying to mix up that small of a dough.

Such a wet dough as a beginner really struggled to get this off the paddle , do you have any tips for the transfer from paddle to oven ??
