Great interview, really inspiring and amazing to hear Tony being so open about his work. I became a fan of him with Belle and Sebastian's Life Pursuit, he took the bands sound to a whole new dimension. Looking forward to more interviews like this one.

Glad you enjoyed it! The Belle & Sebastian records are great! If you dug this one and are new to the show try mixer Andrew Maury (Ep 68, audio podcast only) or Matt Huber (Ep 82). They were personal favs of mine.

Cheers for the awesome interview. I saw Tony perform many times as a guitarist over 30 years ago in his band TGR along with bassist and fellow genius Justin Meldal-Johnsen. Tony's brilliance with sound textures illuminated brightly back then!
