This incredibly long work!!! this is the real quilting!!! I have never met such a patient, unique master. I admire you a thousand times! This work deserves a lot of attention. I hope you show your work at exhibitions. Like and subscribe. I will follow the publications on the channel.
Thank you very much for watching and commenting. I make these quilts for myself and do not go to exhibitions as I am happy with my work and that is enough for me. Thank you again as it is much appreciated.
Loved your last item on the supplies list about "at least one cat for distraction"! Yes, we have 2 of those loving creatures, and they make sure mom here takes a break from her projects. One is also obsessed with any stringy item like thread, and my shiny pins and wonder clips. The other one is content to just roll around on everything, leaving "love fibers" here amd there.😏 You have inspired me. I've decided to work with diamonds, both 9-patch and smaller 4 patch sets, in somewhat symmetrical patterns, while using up scraps, no real set design. I haven't yet decided how to set them apart. One inch diamond pieces seems a bit overwhelming.😯 Just wanting something different from the typical flower arrangements. Thanks for the inspiration, Julie!
Well you are lucky to have help. I do mine on the floor and cause I had a knee done I have to do it on my stomach. This take twice the time. I have nowhere to left it up like you have that is so nice to have. I have asked at schools and church's and they don't want to be bothered.good job learn so much again take care.
I don't have an actual pattern but the basis are diamonds made of hexagons that I have a video in and every second row has the diamonds surrounded by the background colour. If and when you are ready to try this pattern I can send you come photos.....just email when you are ready. Thanks

At one point we had 2 x Golden Retrievers and 6 x cats so I am used to my whole life being covered in hairs even though I now only have 2 cats.
Amazing talent.
