I ordered this light today after watching your video; thank you. I have an auto immune condition in both eyes and need the most light and magnification I can get to cross stitch. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow and I’m so very excited. I have high hopes!

I love Mr Northwoods. Explanation of ambient light. I have exactly the same one you have for desk light I use on my end table over couch. I’m always changing the brightness depending what I’m doing. If Mr wants one you can get from Amazon on a payment plan for 12 months. If light ever do burn out you call Ben Q. I called when I first got

That's great the base is so heavy - it won't fall over. I have been looking for a nice floor lamp to stitch with. Thanks for the demo - I like how it can rotate and the ambient lighting feature. Good thing you are mechanically inclined and didn't have to read the directions 🤣 And I think Mr. Northwoods deserves his own light for his office!

Yes, they give it to me to review. I get lots of emails requesting I do so but this is one product I think we all need some background on. Poor hubby has been after me for better lighting and I have to say this does have better coverage than my old one. Thank you for this! Good lighting is very very important. Did you happen to notice if it generates much heat when it’s on?
No heat because it’s an LED but I guess the top has a bit of warmth to it. I was just feeling it and it’s been on about 3 hours now.
@@Sarahthenorthwoodsstitcher I have an OTT currently and in the summer it is way too hot to sit under it and stitch. I must investigate BenQ. I did enter drawing so we’ll see …. The very best thing about your lamp is the fabric cord! I have a cord chewing kitty 🐈⬛ and I have had to throw away lamps because of his habit. Now I rub the cords with bitter orange and that keeps him away but it’s just one more thing I have to remember to do monthly.
