- Hey ya'll, its Alisha! Today I am sharing some really exciting news that I have been keeping from you guys for four month now... I bought a house! Ahh!! In this video, I am doing a total life update as well as sharing how this home buying journey started for me! I hope you guys enjoy and can't wait to start cranking out new videos!

Congratulations darling! I am so proud of you. I witnessed my daughter close on her first home yesterday, Jan 31st. My husband and I were overjoyed to witness this major milestone because we were apart of her journey. We allowed her to move in and stay with us for a year rent free. She set a goal, saved tons of money and God was there to meet her at the finish line. My baby will be turning 30 in May and she has wanted to purchase a home for her 30th since she graduated law school. Hearing your story made my heart smile and I am so happy for you and Val as I’m sure your parents are. TFS! I love to see women bossing up and killing it solo. Keep being an inspiration to single women it’s empowering them more than you’ll ever know! ❤️

Omg I just purchased my first home for me and my little lady just in time for her 1st birthday. I closed on the 16th of this month and am still settling in...while planning a party (pray for me). It’s a sacrifice of love and having a newly built home has its pros and cons but I don’t regret it at all. About to turn 30 on May 3 and adult life is getting more and more real. So happy for you!!! Welcome to the homeowners club! Can’t wait to see your decorating videos!
