Hello, I want to ask,why the deflection from right&left side are same ?? Is it because the distance is same or another reason? can someone explain it :3
Hello there, why did you put dash up of that 145.83? Does that affect all the equation if i accidentally didn't put it? Thanks a lot for your help sire 😇
how to know the direction of the internal moment ? for the first section you draw anticlockwise, for the second one you draw clockwise.. please respond asap cuz i hav exam tomorrow
I was given this many times at University but never understood it.. it is very clearly taught in your video.. thank you
Thank you very much Sir. You are an incredible statics educator. The best I have seen.
Wow, thank you!
mee too! :)
best of the best
many thanks
you saved me from the final exam
very very clear
Peace from Saudi Arabia

17:45 best part of the whole video you are welcome!!
Great video, you explained this so well!
Glad you liked it!
You are perfect bro
The best explication that I found
You are welcome!
so for the boundary conditions if the distances are different we would plug 5 for x1 and lets say 7 for x2 in the boundary condition equations
Sir can we use this method if there was an internal hinge on the beam?
Yes you could
Great video. Thanks
Glad you liked it! Hit like and share
And here I thought I was done with your videos... Dr. Z with the win again
Justin Clark 😂
that was beautiful bro just fucking beautiful.

I didn't understand your question, sorry
What if the beam has an internal pin? Do I have to cut just like what you did in the video? Thanks
An internal pin?you mean a hinge?... if that beam has a hinge will become unstable.... please look at the other examples with hinges.
you are welcome
amazing teaching
thanks
do you also teach mechanics of material?

Hello,
The fast response section is for the paying customers... sorry
Hello teacher what is the actually meaning for the equations for the two sections to be different.
i had no idea about the trick where the x axis can be started from different sides!
now you do!
very easy and helped me ....
Thank you
Nice video really helped
Abdullahi Zaji glad it helped. Remember like and share all videos
Happy 5th year anniversary
Thank you!
my teacher is in the last two and four equals, C4 = -338.62. Let us know.

Awesome explanation!! I thought I was never going to get this topic! thank you
you are welcome!
the video is great but in the time 16:45 u forgot to multiply the moment by 10
