Excal needs rework for survibility,one of the most coolest starting frame but so squishy for the new contents

I havent had any issues with that
I could recommend using eclipse for damage mitigation you should be fine for 1h or 2 h rounds 😊

I prefer Magistar as a stat stick with Magus Aggress for even more Damage. Using the augment also allows me to take Vazarin for more survivability.
I have a similar build but with nourish and magistar. My maximum was 77M damage, i gave excal one more chance and it didn't disappoint me
