As long as you're married, you can have sex with your partner anytime and any day. You denying your partner because you wanna go minister is wrong. If God needed to place restrictions on sex in marriage, He'd have. If God needed couples to take permission from Him before doing any spiritual exercise, He'd have mentioned but no He doesn't say so in His Word instead you're to take permission from your partner, only then can you proceed with your spiritual exercise but if they don't agree, you can't proceed.
