Mam , sixth good habit would be to listen to pleasant music and seventh could be gardening / seeing greenery and lastly eighth habit could be watching natural scenes(Kudrat ka nazara) like flowing river /lake, water flow, sea tides, mountains, seating alone in the park among trees, plants, flowers and green loans .
Work out nd Meditation ये दोनो आदतें आपकी और मेरी एक जैसी ही है इन दोनों आदतों ने मेरी क्षमता में काफी हद तक वृद्धि की है। Gratitude की आदत अभी स्थायी नहीं हो पाई हैं।

Just observe your thoughts ,without being judgemental. Be the observer. Anchor your mind to breathing, observe Air entering your nostrils, Inhale & Exhale, air leaving your nostrils. Whenever you feel like reacting to someone or something, create gap ,take 2 -3 deep breaths then respond. It may take time to but you will find a new you.

This is my first video which I am watching. Most of the time I live in past or in future and in future I used to fantasise myself.i used to thought that if I had not fantasised then I would not had patience while I was in ICU or in tough times. Madam in 2015 I had infective endocarditis and because of that my kidney failed also and heart valve also. Due to wrong diagnosis I was given anti tubercular drugs due to whoich my eyesight was gone. And I lost my govt job pp asition and everything I had.then one open heart surgery was performed in emergency to save my life and then kidney transplant also. After that another heart surgery to counter previous leakage in heart valve. My vision also recovered but so so not fully. In 2018 I started a private light job as permitted by my transplant surgeon. Presently I also prepare for an exam which I got qualified also but rank is not good. Now most of the times I live in past and in future. This creates anxiety and depression.i want to know about Mindfulness to live in present and enjoy in whatever I have.plz tell madam

Gratitude means, irrespective of worst situation a person has, he will be grateful always for what he has right now and in this way he started focusing on abundance rather scarcity. For example if a person is sick he will be feeling grateful that he is alive. If a person is living in a rented house and he has strong intention for purchasing his own house he will be grateful for the rented house. A person is looking for a high paid job then at the same time he will be grateful for the current job. A complaining person can't be a grateful person and a grateful person is never a complaining person.
