What a mistake it was to steal the I-90 Express Lanes for Sound Transit. They should have been forced to build their own bridge for light rail.
The express lanes that are now closed down and being converted to light rail.
Was nobody using it? It sure quite a waste of our taxpayer dollars.
@@dgendvil People were but it's a lot cheaper to build the train on the existing infrastructure.
