Its better to recall immediately and check if their potential status has increased. If it has increased (successful recall) you can loan the player for a year. If the player status did not increased, you will need to load the saved game untill the player status increases or successful recall. The reason is when you loan a young player for a year who has a high potential status, the young player grows faster then someone with lower status. Also to be noted is, if you loan a player for a year who is aged 21, after a year the player will be 22 and his status will not change.

Is it necessary to recall them immediately ? Does it work if we recall them later maybe towards end of season or something ??

I noticed sometimes the rating go up when recall. How many times you can do this on a transfer window?
whether players with the age of 22 cant use this glitch?
