What a classic. My favorite childhood movie. I was 6 yrs old when this came out and I can remember the previews for it on t.v. It's weird how you remember things like that at such a young age. This movie is literally a timeless classic lol.

My home state! I remember visiting Woodstock in the 1970's when I would go to my uncle's summer home in nearby Crystal Lake, Illinois in the summer when I was a kid. Woodstock is a great small town. Love this vlog! Thank you and stay safe, Jordan!

I've been to Woodstock a couple of times, and I will be there once again next week on....Groundhog Day. You did an amazing job of recreating the movie with the sites used in town. One of the best I've seen. When I stayed in the same room you did at the Cherry Street Inn, the B&B was owned by another couple. My wife was mad at me when I played 'I Got You Babe' when the clock in the room hit 6:00am. I look forward to seeing the sites on February 2nd and thank you for bringing everything to life.

We live in Lakewood, but we’ve always loved the Huntley old world charm. We do like going to BBQ King once in a while. Did you hear the Dairy Mart on rt 47 is out of business. So sad.

Wow! How neat to be staying the same Inn that was an actual movie set for Groundhog Day!! I have to add that to my Bucket List now. That movie is right up there next to so many classic comedies, that you can’t watch too much of it. Glad they do an annual movie exposition for it. Like the Moving Violations vlog, I could immediately do a flashback to the scenes when you recited the lines and just start laughing 😂. You do a great Chris Elliot. “He’s out of his gourd!” I used to record Late Night with David Letterman when I was in college, so many skits that Chris did were SO funny. I lived in McHenry at the time. Many locals got to meet Bill Murray - all said he was a very nice guy. The Woodstock Opera House is a great concert venue. I saw Dizzy Gillespie there.

I like to make it an annual tradition, but didn't this year because I got rid of most of my pay channels and it was on Showtime. I love how they kept the spirit of the movie alive in the town. Every time I watch this movie, I see something new that I haven’t seen before. The latest watching of the movie I noticed that Bill Murray holds up his middle finger for “1” when he’s doing the countdown from 3 to 1: “On me in 3-2-1.”

Amazing how towns far from the Hollywood world will mark all locations with a plack and decades later hold onto that small moment of history. I live in a city Not far from Hollywood, used often for a movie location and nothing is, left behind to mark the event.

I never understood the part of the movie where Bill is taking a shower and it's cold water, he asked the lady owner why there was no cold water and she said something like why there wouldn't be any today. Does anyone know why there wouldn't be warm water today?

It's an awesome little town
Daze with Jordan the Lion you must have walked past the funeral home where Johnny Stompanato was buried from. Our grade was just down the street and everyone went to see the lines of limousines. Nobody in town had ever seen real gangsters before so close up. It was a a big story about him and Lana Turner at the time. Many people got their early start in summer stock shows at the Woodstock Opera House Paul Newman, Tom Bosley, Shelley Berman, Geraldine Page, Orson Wells
