So true, Ive played farewell for 9 and a half hours in a row, And I still LOVE it(even through one of them kinda annoyed me after this for like a month because I died A LOT at it, but at the end, I still love it)
Yesss, I've honestly replayed levels just to hear the music in-game again. Lena Raine (and the B Side remixers) did such a phenomenal job on the soundtrack
A level so long that it teaches you advanced mechanics and expects you to master them by the end of it. And it only took me 3500 deaths!

Jerod! Have we talked about this? Did you know that we're playing a drum set duet in this video?! I stumbled upon this trying to show a student an example of game music I recorded for. You sound so freaking good dude lol, it's an honor to (retroactively) play with you!
The level designers for Farewell were especially evil. Took me a solid 9 hours, all in a single session, well over 4,000 deaths. I couldn't feel my thumbs by the end of it.
But the experience was nothing short of magical. Celeste and the entire team behind it are all collectively a treasure and I won't be told otherwise.
It took you less than a day total of playing your first time? Took me 29 hours.

All jokes aside, soundtrack is phenomenal, and I still have to beat the final room in Farewell and then I’ve ascended

Celeste is my favorite game that i have ever played. i have completed the game in all it's 114% and i gotta say: It's brilliant.
If you like challenging platformers, *Celeste is for you*

Beyond The Heart is a special song to me. The first time I listened to it, was the first time a song made me cry 🥲
