We shouldn’t have needed a winning score against West Virginia. I really appreciate you guys doing this show every Sunday. It’s really insightful and is helping me cope with this disappointing season.
I’m a little curious about your comments on the O being different this year from last; teams were having to prepare uniquely for KU. I thought part of the presupposition for hiring Grimes was that we weren’t going to change the O.
The run:pass ratio was surprising. UCF showed the formula to sticking to your strength running. If the D is stacking the box, aren’t there plays that run outside?
JDs completion % is not good but it would be interesting to see what an adjusted% would be, taking out the plays when he makes the pass but the player dropped the pass.
The wedding story is a headscratcher. Josh Pate talks about fans that have to deal with it, but really amazing for a player. While it might have been planned for years, it’s not like it should have been a surprise that TB is playing football on Saturdays in the fall. 9 other months are available.
Kevin is out of his mind around ~47 minutes that Jason Bean wouldn’t have won anymore games with this team than Jalon Daniels currently. JD6 is top-10 in the country in turnovers. Thats horrific and it’s cost us dearly. If we had a competent QB, not amazing just competent, we’re 4-1. Horrid take.
Jalon Daniels is a fraud and Lance served the kool aid. Sacrificed a team for one player and now our culture is worse than when Lance took over. Going to cost Lances coaching reputation unless starts apologizing first internally then publicly.
@@johnlee7085 This team is 4-1 with Jason Bean. Not only would he be turning the ball over less, he would make the throws that JD6 isn't with an elite RB corps to open things up.
@@stormus08 it's not just the turnovers but his inability to lead and have the confidence of his teammates plus add the whole kool aid thing the players have had to be tight lipped on... those are the stats that aren't tallied but shows up the most. BTW don't consider beating a FCS intramural team a W, might as well be 0-4. I am not proud of that win.

Part of what’s frustrating is also the fact that we’ve done it right before but for whatever reason are struggling this year.
The attendance is encouraging. It’s close to a full memorial stadium which considering the way the season is going is encouraging.

You apparently missed the multi-INT games last year.

love the rose colored glasses guys. JD6 has got to be benched, he's so horrible the whole team is frustrated and out of sync
JD is definitely responsible for the dropped passes.
@@johnlee7085 🤣must be why he throws it to the other team, for the completions
