when banking... or in a turn , try pulling back and to the opposite direction of the bank while in the bank... u will find a faster turn and less altitude loss.. but more speed... however when done right you should come out of the bank pretty much level and ready to make your next maneuver, plus your turning circle is greatly reduced...
