Uncle knows that the more that camera stays around the better his life will be. Its Gang's yt show but hes clearly a kind man and using it to take good care of his family. Not causing drama not sensationalizing anything. Just teaching us tasty recipes and showing off auntie and uncle's joy. We need more youtubers like Gang here.

There’s a type of tool called kebab slicers that can cut the meat efficiently. It looks like a compact circular saw. As the sliced meat comes off in long strips and tender on the outside, they are often chopped with a scraper while being sautéed on a griddle before serving in order to develop a crispy browned exterior. Kebabs are often served on or inside a Lebanese flatbread (pita bread) with vegetables like tomato, onion, lettuce and flavoring ingredients like tabbouleh (parsley, mint, chopped tomatoes and onions and bulgur(parboiled groats)) and pickled red cabbages. Hummus, aioli, garlic, yoghurt, bbq, mayo and chili sauces are the common condiments for a kebab roll.
This is so cool, I love showing my older family members new cooking things or anything that they have never seen before. Especially when they are interested like your Uncle, he really appreciates checking out something cool like that kebab machine. Have a great day!

Very nice, this is basically the Chinese version of Al-Pastor (Mexican pork Shawarma). It's better to use pork shoulder and not loin meat, the shoulder is much more suitable for this type of cooking because it has more fat within the meat.
The Mexican al-pastor, the shawarma and the Greek gyros are all derived from the Turkish döner kebap. Since there's a lot of Turkic people in China, this is probably a Chinese version of döner kebap.

In England we know this as Turkish donor kebab. Traditionally lamb is used or a lamb and beef mix or chicken. Donor has now become a meat paste being shaped into the rod instead of meat slices. Usually the ‘boss man’ cutting the donor meat will stop the rotating action whilst slicing meat off. Its still great to watch people enjoying this.

Almost exactly like the Greek pork gyros! Having the electric slicer really helps, plus you can do a quick stir-fry of the trimmings to add a little extra crisp before serving.
Hello chef Wang, in Mexico there's a dish called tacos al pastor or tacos de trompo, that is very similar to this dish. When you place the meat into the spike you should trim off meat to make it look uniform and even. (This will ensure everything is cooked evenly) And then pile on the pieces you cut off, back into the spike and repeat that process, It should look like a smooth cylinder when youre done.
Start by inserting few larger pieces of chicken through the spit. You want to make sure you are building your shawarma base very evenly. Once the base has been secure you can start building up the tower. It is important to keep your shawarma meat balanced. Here is a quick technique that will help you out in the preparation of your chicken shawarma. After a few layers of meat placed on the base andshould say schwarmann general where you can start with yo have securely established the foundation started by getting four even pieces of chicken. Commence by placing two pieces parallel to each other (not going through the spit). Turn the spit 90 degrees and place the other two pieces parallel to each. Finally, proceed by putting a large piece of chicken through the spit in order to secure the four laced pieces. Once your shawarma tower has been built to the desired height, you can use a sharp knife to cut off any extra pieces. Also, this is a good time to trim the shape of the shawarma cone. Gather all these trimmings and place them on top of the meat tower and secure them by a large piece of chicken and push down on the meats.

我們這邊用的麵包更軟一點,把麵包切開後會先烤一下,配菜的話是加炒洋蔥和荷包蛋,麵包上會塗上不同的口味的醬,看個人喜歡也看攤主的準備,一般就是原味,千島醬,咖喱醬之類的。很好吃,學生時代很喜歡補完習後買一個吃
王兄,串上豬肉有筋膜不好切,「沙威瑪」用的是雞胸肉,肉片好堆疊,好烤好切不變型,最後混合蔬菜調料夾入麵包中完成成品。

@@arsent9920 雞肉和牛肉的也有 但就是都在中東飯店之類的 我個人在英國澳洲也吃過正宗的 但沒啥特別的感覺 大陸這邊只是借用了一下這個旋轉烤的模式才叫土耳其烤肉的 用豬肉符合大陸人的飲食習慣 而且豬肉的絕對比牛肉的好吃 首先豬肉肥瘦相間會很香 其次醃製方法也很好 味道很豐富 最後再撒孜然和辣椒絕了 而且最重要的是啥 這種土耳其烤肉捲餅在大陸就是便宜好吃又很便利的街邊小吃 小鄉鎮都有很多 平常大家買一兩個捲當作早飯晚飯

台灣這裡叫做「沙威瑪」,會把漢堡包跟洋蔥壓在烤肉的爐火邊烤酥脆,然後割點肉炒一炒包到漢堡包淋上一點醬,加上起司片,台灣賣台幣大概45-70不等,大概是10-16人民幣
而且沙威瑪不要全部切完的話,再放養一段時間又會長回來
四伯身體還硬朗,植牙後就可以吃好吃的了,我媽以前牙周病也是都不能吃只能食物打成泥,植牙全口後連玉米都整個啃了!雖然植牙很貴是一台車的錢,但是能吃就是福!
台灣的「土耳其烤肉」吃方法,片下來的烤肉放進熱狗麵包裡,然後加入生菜洋蔥,淋上美乃滋和番茄醬,好吃方便的土耳其三明治就完成了,嫌麻煩的同學可以直接去台灣各城市的夜市裡去買,幾乎每個夜市都有,還有的更是土耳其人幫你烹調。
台灣味道差太遠,光人家的番茄醬就是新鮮番茄打的含有十幾種香料,不會用Ketchup 這東西也沒起司混合醬料更講究的是新鮮麵糰直接烤成麵餅包來吃,美國,德國都能吃到正宗的,希望那天台灣也有而不是嫌麻煩做出四不像的半成品。
瑞豐夜市有正宗的沙威瑪,是土耳其人賣的,很好吃疫情之前生意也很好,不過應該不是大多數台灣人喜歡的口味. 比較多人喜歡的還是台版

Start by inserting few larger pieces of chicken through the spit. You want to make sure you are building your shawarma base very evenly. Once the base has been secure you can start building up the tower. It is important to keep your shawarma meat balanced. Here is a quick technique that will help you out in the preparation of your chicken shawarma. After a few layers of meat placed on the base andshould say schwarmann general where you can start with yo have securely established the foundation started by getting four even pieces of chicken. Commence by placing two pieces parallel to each other (not going through the spit). Turn the spit 90 degrees and place the other two pieces parallel to each. Finally, proceed by putting a large piece of chicken through the spit in order to secure the four laced pieces. Once your shawarma tower has been built to the desired height, you can use a sharp knife to cut off any extra pieces. Also, this is a good time to trim the shape of the shawarma cone. Gather all these trimmings and place them on top of the meat tower and secure them by a large piece of chicken and push down on the meats.

旋轉烤肉最古時是橫著烤的,這十分明顯是遊牧民族的食制。後來出現的垂直式是一家菜館的主事發明的,他的方法是純用羊肉,唯一的調味料是洋䓤汁。裝上鋼軸的方法是一層層羊肉片之間加上絞成肉末,拌上洋䓤汁的羊肉來填充肉片間的空間,令熟後切削可以清楚地一片一片割下。達到需要高度後,粗略修成㘣柱體,削下的肉也就可以絞碎作下次用。所謂「金字塔肉山」其實是不對的,並不需著眼於達成甚麼形狀;事實上師傅會順肉的烤熟程度切割,自自然然成為上闊下窄椎體。其他地方也有做法的變化,但上述是原本的正宗做法。

@@som845 我是专业吃的,做饭只是小白,爱看王刚老师的视频而已😀 我们这里中东人做的土耳其烤肉一般是卷饼配腌萝卜腌黄瓜,也有的人不喜欢吃太咸的话就卷一种中东的蔬菜碎叫tabouli。卷饼里抹garlic sauce蒜泥酱,酱每家店做法不一样一般都是自己的秘方。
在希腊吃Kebab,吃过用羊奶调的酱,至今难忘
