God bless you, brother. I look forward to studying this video as I have been doing with the others. I am a recent graduate from Middlebury College and have no background in business finance or economics. I am ready to learn. The shave looks good. I am also heavily considering buying the biggest package deal from your website as I do admire your mentoring style. I wish you a good rest of Labor Day if you’re in the States. Thank you for what you do.
    Cheers,

Hello thank you for the informative video. I’m be 28 with a Master’s in Finance. I have an experience as a business analyst. I applied for a some associates roles but they were all turned down. I have been applying for analyst roles and still no luck. I’m really passionate about being and I’m definitely not given up. It could be frustrating at times but I’m gonna keep pushing.

I'm going to be transfering to a UC next year from CA community college (hopefully a UC otherwise it's gonna be CSU). I'll be majoring in economics, but maybe a minor in finance would be good, or some education in algorithms. I'll put in a few applications for colleges on the east coast (because I'm in San Francisco) so it makes sense to try and make my way over to the east. What I really want to know is, what is the process for getting my MBA (which is also necessary for Wall Street, right?) Anyways, it makes sense I need to make my way east somehow.

Hey man, great video. Here is my situation, I am a soon-to-be lawyer in Argentina but I'm looking into moving to Switzerland for "matters of the heart" let's call it haha.
As a law student, I know I want to go into corporate law and especially M&As, but it is quite complicated for me to work as a lawyer and let alone succeed to the level I could here in another country, so I figured I could probably do better by using my law knowledge to become an Investment Banker in Zurich. Do you think this makes any sense or am I making a mistake? do you have any tips for me? again great videos and cheers!

Or if you know of anyone else with a good set of mock papers please redirect me there. I would also like to say that these videos are great to boost your IBD confidence. Thanks

Hi really appreciate the effort in making such an informative video, will be really useful going forward. I'm going into first year of univeristy next month and will be applying for Spring Weeks/Insight Weeks very soon in October for these investment banks in London.
Do you have any advice for making these Spring Week applications successful?
I'm especially interested in knowing what these firms are after in successful Spring Week candidates and what I should be putting in my CV and Cover Letters at this stage because these Spring Week programmes don't usually expect you to have much technical knowledge yet, and I haven't had the opportunity to do any work experience at one of these firms or join a univeristy IB society.
    Thanks

@@garythewise3440 Hey Gary appreciate it. I'm going to study Chemistry at Warwick; initially I picked it as a premed route to apply for postgraduate medicine but that's not until my final year, so first 2 years I want to focus on properly considering these other corporate routes as alternative careerpaths to medicine.
What about yourself what are you doing?
And do you recommend any volunteering or project work in particular for improving my application that I should try to join in freshers week?
      Thanks

    • @garythewise3440
      @garythewise3440 5 лет назад +1

Abdullah Raja Warwick’s a good start, well done for getting in. I see, did you consider medicine at all for undergrad? Or solely chem? Interviewers will want to know you’re reasoning behind uni, degree etc.
Don’t give up on medicine - if ‘corporate’ career paths are what you considering as a plan B, do consider back office IB roles, the big4 (PwC, Deloitte) and management consultancy (BCG, Bain). Apply for spring weeks ASAP, everywhere and anywhere.
For freshers, try any volunteering where you improving a skill recruiters look for (time management, leadership etc.)
Look for the Warwick Economics and Investment society 100% - they will probably host events linking you to employers as firms sponsor the societies.
And I’m currently doing engineering at UCL, final year. Good luck bro.

    • @MV-go3pk

No. My brother was a real estate agent before he decided to go back to bschool and get his MBA at 29. He got an intership then a full time offer as an IB analysist at 31 at bank of America. He became an IB associate ealier this year in and he is 32. I would say try it out and if you cant go back and get an MBA to have the chance to get into IB. They usually recruit off college.
